Prospecting that starts with a place, not a list

Five tools that share one loop. A map of 150M+ US parcels colored by what the county says they are worth, an agent that names the person behind an LLC deed, a search that understands plain English, an instant household lookup, and a prospect book that leaves as a CSV your CRM will take.

01

Property Wealth Map

The county's own number, on every parcel.

Nationwide parcel data from Regrid, covering 150M+ parcels, colored by assessed value and labeled with the name on the deed. Filter to the value band you care about, and let curated high-net-worth ZIP codes show you where to look first.

  • Six assessed-value bands with a toggleable legend
  • Deed owner names read straight off the county record
  • 232 curated high-net-worth ZIP codes as a heatmap

AI Owner Research

The deed says LLC. We find the person.

An autonomous agent reads the deed, classifies the owner, and follows the trail through business registries, mailing addresses, county records, and professional databases until it reaches a named human. Every step is shown, so you can check its work.

  • Different playbooks for LLC, trust, estate, and person
  • A live, auditable research timeline
  • 25 credits, charged only when it delivers
Explore AI Owner Research
A research timeline showing enrichment steps across professional databases, the agent's reasoning, and a completed identification with a confidence score.
03

People Search

Describe who you want, in plain English.

Write the sentence you would say out loud. AI turns it into structured filters, picks the databases that can answer it, and merges what comes back into one ranked list with corroborated confidence scores.

  • Reading your query is free, every time
  • Apollo, RocketReach, and WhitePages in parallel
  • Contacts merged by code, never written by the model
Explore People Search
Merged people search results showing candidates with titles, employers, source badges and revealed contact details.
04

Reverse Address Lookup

Who owns this house?

When the deed names a person, one click returns the whole household: owners and residents together, with ages, phone numbers, and email addresses, ready to save individually or all at once.

  • Owners and residents, deduplicated and role badged
  • Licensed US residential records
  • 15 credits, in the same drawer as the deep research
Explore Reverse Address Lookup

Saved Profiles

Everything you research, in one book.

Every tool writes to the same place. Profiles arrive with their research summary, wealth estimate, contacts, and the parcel they came from, and leave as a CSV your CRM will accept without an argument.

  • Filled automatically by every other tool
  • Your notes travel with the record
  • 26-column CSV with a Salesforce preset, on Professional and up

How they fit together

One loop, from a rooftop to a real conversation

  1. 01

    Start where the wealth is

Open the map on a market you know, or let the 232 curated high-net-worth ZIP codes point you at one you do not. Filter to the value band that matches your client profile and the noise falls away.

  2. 02

Find out who is behind the door

Click a parcel for the county record. If the deed names a person, an instant lookup gives you the household. If it names an entity, the research agent goes and finds the human.

  3. 03

    Or go the other direction

Already know the kind of person you want rather than the address? Describe them in plain English and let People Search work the contact databases instead.

  4. 04

    Keep it, and work it

Everything lands in your prospect book with its wealth estimate and reasoning attached, then leaves as a CSV you can load into whatever CRM you already run.

Where the data comes from

Public records, and exactly one estimate

Parcel boundaries, owner of record, use type, and assessed value come from public county assessor records, aggregated nationally by Regrid. Professional and residential contact details come from licensed providers, used under their terms of service. Plotbook does not scrape.

Wealth figures are AI-generated estimates, shown as ranges with a confidence score rather than a single authoritative number. They are a way to prioritize your day, not a balance sheet. Every profile carries a Report incorrect information control, and removal requests reach a human.
