Public records, clearly labelled estimates
Parcel boundaries, owner of record, use type and assessed value all come from public county assessor records. Professional contact details come from licensed business-to-business providers, used under their terms of service.
Wealth figures are AI-generated estimates, shown as a range with a confidence score rather than a single authoritative number. They are a way to prioritise your day, not a balance sheet. Every profile carries a Report incorrect information control, and removal requests reach a human.
