About Plotbook

Plotbook is a geospatial wealth intelligence platform built for the people whose job is to find affluent clients: wealth managers, family-office principals, nonprofit major-gift fundraisers, luxury realtors and political donor researchers. We start with the asset, not the contact list: pan a map, see where wealth is concentrated, click a parcel, and meet the human behind it.

Why we built Plotbook

Traditional prospecting databases sell static lists scraped from old donor records and stale professional directories. Advisors burn hours chasing names that no longer hold any real wealth. Plotbook flips the funnel: we begin with verified real-estate data (the most durable, public proxy for net worth) and only then reveal the owner. The result is a smaller, higher-quality top-of-funnel that maps directly to how successful advisors actually think about territory.

What Plotbook does

• Property wealth map : an interactive parcel map covering 99% of U.S. addresses, with value-based heatmaps and filters.
• AI owner research agent : a multi-step research agent that cross-references LinkedIn, public records, Apollo and RocketReach to build a verified profile.
• Reverse address owner lookup : resolve LLCs, trusts and beneficial-owner relationships behind a property address.
• Wealth estimates and confidence scoring: AI-generated net-worth and liquid-asset ranges with explicit confidence levels, so you know how to weight the result.

Where the data comes from

Property and parcel data are licensed from Regrid, which aggregates assessor records from county governments across the United States. Owner contact enrichment uses verified data from Apollo and RocketReach. Web research is grounded by Exa, and AI reasoning runs on frontier large language models served through a managed inference provider.
