About Plotbook
Plotbook is a geospatial wealth intelligence platform built for the people whose job is to find affluent clients: wealth managers, family-office principals, nonprofit major-gift fundraisers, luxury realtors and political donor researchers. We start with the asset, not the contact list: pan a map, see where wealth is concentrated, click a parcel, and meet the human behind it.
Why we built Plotbook
Most prospecting databases begin with a person or a list you already hold. Plotbook begins with a place. Property is a visible public signal, not proof of net worth, so the parcel is the start of the research rather than the conclusion. The workflow moves from the county record to the deed owner, then to the person behind an entity-held deed, and keeps estimates clearly labeled as estimates.
What Plotbook does
- Property wealth map : an interactive map of 150M+ U.S. parcels licensed from Regrid, colored by county assessed value.
- AI owner research agent : a multi-step agent that follows registries, county records, mailing addresses, open-web sources and licensed contact data while preserving the research trail.
- Reverse address owner lookup : retrieve the owner of record and current household data for a U.S. street address; entity-held deeds can continue into deep research.
- Wealth estimates and confidence scoring: AI-generated ranges for net worth, income, investible assets and total assets, with an explicit confidence level.
Where the data comes from
Property and parcel data are licensed from Regrid, which aggregates assessor records from county governments across the United States. Depending on the workflow, contact enrichment can retrieve data from Apollo and RocketReach, and WhitePages. Web research is grounded by Exa, and AI reasoning runs on frontier large language models served through a managed inference provider.
