# Plotbook pricing

Plotbook is subscription software for finding and researching high-net-worth
property owners in the United States. Every plan includes a monthly credit
allowance and a number of licensed US states. There is no free tier, no usage
overage billing, and no "contact sales" gate on any plan: all three tiers are
self-serve by card.

Credits are the metering unit. Every priced action has a fixed cost, listed
here in full. Actions not listed are free.

Billing behaviour worth knowing before you compare tools:

- AI owner research is charged only on success. Failures, cancellations, and
  runs that return no result are not billed.
- Institutional owners (banks, government bodies, HOAs, REITs) short-circuit
  before any research runs and are never charged.
- Failed billed operations are refunded automatically.

## Limits

- United States only. No international property or people data.
- Wealth figures are AI-generated estimates shown as ranges with a confidence score, never point net-worth values or account balances.
- No outreach automation of any kind: Plotbook does not send email, dial, or sequence. It is research software.
- No MLS, comps, mortgage, lien, equity or distress data.
- No giving history, propensity scores, 990 data or board affiliations.
- No voter file or contribution-limit tracking.
- Entity research reads registry data from aggregator text via search, not a structured Secretary of State API, so some entities do not resolve. That outcome is labeled and not charged.
- No bulk nationwide list pulls. The product is metered for deliberate, per-household work inside a licensed state.
- The iPhone app is iPhone only, iOS 16.4 or later. There is no Android or iPad build.

## Comparison context

Plotbook is priced well below the wealth-screening and advisor-prospecting
tools it competes with, most of which are annual contracts in the four to five
figures. Competitor pricing is deliberately not restated here: those numbers
move, and every comparison page carries its own dated sourcing note saying when
the claim was last verified and where it came from. Read the figure there, not
